Anderson's Race Against Leukemia

My good friend requested my assistance in building a site for the inaugural year of Anderson's Race Against Leukemia. This was one of the more difficult to do because of the need to appeal to a highly disparate set of expected visitors: potential sponsors, donors, participants, and those affected directly or indirectly by leukemia or cancer.

After much back and forth and sketch designs, one of the race assistants was finally able to establish a graphical identity; design from there took little time, especially with a quick content management system driving the structure of the site.

The race... well, the race was on the same day as the Red Sox World Series celebration. You can't plan for Pedro to be a daddy and for Pujols to collapse in four straight games.
